Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact. Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

• Discounted or sale items

• Undergarments or customized products

Exchange Policy
If you received the wrong size, color, or a defective item, you may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Our team will guide you through the return procedure.

3. Ship the item back to the provided address.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.

Shipping Costs

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
